Eastside Exchange

Eastside Exchange is located at the Burnside Bridgehead in the central Eastside of Portland. Long a neglected and mostly vacant historic warehouse, the project became the catalyst for the development of a 5 block central city parcel by it’s conversion into a progressive workspace building and the emphasis placed on creating a vibrant internal community.

Eastside Exchange was completed while acting as a founding partner and the partner in charge of design for works progress architecture.
